1. Is the tour confirmed?

The tour will be confirmed once the minimum group size (15 participants) is reached and accommodation is secured with the local operator.

2. What is the estimated price?

Based on current exchange rates, the estimated range is approximately €1,350–€1,650 per person sharing a twin room. Final pricing depends on total group size and the USD/EUR exchange rate at time of booking.

3. What about single rooms?

Hotel contracts allow a limited number of single rooms (maximum 20% of total rooms). Single rooms will be allocated on a first-confirmed basis and carry an additional supplement (approx. €600+).

4. Who handles payments?

All payments will be handled directly by Holiday Travel (Israel-based licensed operator). Payment instructions will be issued once the group is formally confirmed.

5. When is full payment due?

According to the operator’s terms, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

6. What is included in the package?

7 nights’ accommodation (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Galilee region), half-board, licensed English-speaking guide, air-conditioned transport, entrance fees as per itinerary, and group airport transfers.

7. Are flights included?

No. International flights are not included and should only be booked once the tour is officially confirmed.

8. What happens if the regional security situation changes?

The program is operated by experienced local professionals and may be adapted according to security and operational conditions. Participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive

travel insurance.

9. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. Personal travel insurance (including medical and cancellation cover) is mandatory.

10. What are the next steps?

Participants will be asked to confirm their intention to proceed once final pricing is confirmed. Formal booking and payment instructions will follow thereafter.
